Media Alert: Rochester High School FEDS 201 Robotics Team to Participate at Great Lakes Regional FIRST Robotics Competition March 27-29, 2008
Detroit - Rochester (Michigan) High School FEDS 201 Robotics Team will be competing at The Great Lakes Regional FIRST Robotics Competition,
March 27 – 29, 2008.

Rochester High School’s FEDS 201 US First Robotics team will be competing against sixty-six competing teams from around the country and Canada. In this year’s game, “FIRST Overdrive,” students’ robots are designed to race around a track knocking down 40" inflated Trackballs and moving them around the track, passing them either over or under a 6'6" overpass. Extra points are scored by robots positioning the Trackballs back on the overpass before the end of the 2 minute and 15 second match.

The event is held at the Eastern Michigan Convocation Center, Ypsilanti, Michigan
